Rail Bogie Test Rig
The INOVA wheelset test rig simulates advanced test conditions by applying torque, radial force, and axial loads to specimens. It supports multiple configurations: rotating the specimen assembly or keeping it stationary while rotating the load vector. The INOVA solution precisely replicates real-world factors, such as the dynamic torsional loads on the specimen caused by train inertial mass during acceleration and braking.
The bogie test rig features a universal adjustable load frame capable of accommodating numerous vertical and horizontal actuators. INOVA multi-channel control electronics ensure high-precision loading across all controlled directions.
The automatic hydraulic power unit control function enables high-efficiency operation of high-power systems.
